At Belinda Janes we care that you are happy with your purchase. However we also understand goods may not always serve the purpose required. Also in the unlikely occasion that goods arrive damaged or inoperable we would also like to help you. We do accept returns within 7 days of your goods arriving, but we kindly ask that you contact us first for authorisation and so we know to expect your return.
For all returns authorisations please email firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively call the store on 03 9885 9300, and we will respond to your issue as soon as we can.
When you send your return please note:
- If your items have no faults and are being sent as change of mind, we offer a credit. When your item is returned credit for the item in question will be added to your Belinda Janes account to use for future orders online. Please note we do not credit original shipping/post charges.
- Return of items where there is a change of mind/no faults will be at the buyers postage cost to return to Belinda Janes. We suggest you choose to track items that you return.
- All goods need to be returned with original packaging and be received by us in the same way it left Belinda Janes (ie seals must be complete, packaging must be included).
- Where items are faulty we will issue an exchange or refund if required.
- Where items are to be returned to Belinda Janes due to fault a return packing slip will be sent to you.
